1. Verify the Refund Policy:

2. Locate your Receipt:
To successfully request a refund, you'll typically need your original receipt as proof of purchase. Check and ensure the item, date of purchase and the price match with your piece of jewelry.
3. Assess the Condition of the Jewelry:
Ensure the jewelry has no damage or wear marks, and is in original condition. Practically all stores require the item to be returned in the condition it was sold, with the original packaging.
4. Contact Customer Service:
Please send the receipt and the reason why the refund needs to be done to shineonu@helpcenter.com , include as much detail information possible!
5. Complete the Return Form (If Available) or Write a Letter:
If the store has a return form, fill it out completely. In the absence of a form, write a formal letter requesting a refund. Include relevant information such as your contact information, receipt number, date of purchase, item branch or store of purchase, the reason for the refund request and your signature.
6. Package the Jewelry:
Repackage the jewelry in its original box or packaging, then place it into a shipping box with enough padding to prevent any damage during the return shipping journey. Include the receipt and the completed return form or letter inside the box.
7. Send the Package:
Mail the package back, we will provide you with the tracking guide on email. Ensure that you send it with a tracking option, and keep the tracking number in case there are any issues.
8. Follow up:
You'll receive a confirmation email. If you do not hear back from us about your refund within 5 business days, reach back out to customer service with your return tracking number to ensure they received the package.
9. Check Your Bank Statement:
Once approved, check your bank statement to confirm that the refund has been correctly transferred into your account. This may take a few days or weeks, depending on the merchant’s policy.
